Olympic National Park - Hurricane Ridge

 We recently found our way up to Hurricane Ridge in the Olympic National Park north end. The beauty here is amazing. Was fun as there were several short hikes around the top so got our walking legs on. 

When you look out across the vastness of the Park you cannot help but feel awe. The park encompasses almost a million acres and over 90% of it is undeveloped with limited to no access. To put that in a bit of perspective: It is the size of Rhode Island.   Enjoy the beauty.  Note the last three photos were taken at the same location as 3,4 5,6 just 2 hours later. WOW the way that fog came in!





























TO THE PACIFIC OCEAN

 

Gee never posted our trip to the Pacific Ocean with Sara and the boys. This was back in August and what a great time. The campground we stayed in was right just a ¼ mile walk through the dunes to the shore. It was the first time the boys and Sara stayed in the RV and their first time to the coast. I'll let the photos talk instead of me.
